A typical kitchen remodel runs 6–10 weeks from demo to final walkthrough. Bathrooms run 3–5 weeks. The variables are scope (are we moving plumbing or just refacing?), material lead times (custom tile and stone can take 4–6 weeks to arrive), and permit timing in your municipality. We give you a realistic timeline during the consultation, not an optimistic one.
We provide a free initial consultation to walk the project, understand your goals, and discuss budget range. Detailed line-item proposals come after we’ve done the design work, because guessing at materials and scope before that produces estimates nobody can hold to. We’re transparent about this upfront.
Yes. St. Cyr Contracting holds an active Florida General Contractor license and carries general liability and workers’ compensation insurance. We’ll provide proof of both on request.
