Most general contractors sub out cabinetry. They hire a millworker, hand off the specs, and hope it all fits when it arrives on site. We don’t do it that way. Mo designs and builds every custom cabinet in our workshop, which means we control the quality, the dimensions, and the timeline.
A typical kitchen remodel with us moves through five phases:
Design consultation
Mo meets with you to walk the kitchen, understand how you use it, discuss budget and timeline, and explore layout options. We look at everything: traffic flow, storage, appliance placement, natural light. No cookie-cutter solutions.
Material selection & cabinet build
We help you select countertop material, tile, hardware, and finishes from our direct supplier network. While selections are being finalized, Mo begins building the custom cabinetry in-house. This is where the timeline advantage of in-house fabrication shows up most clearly.
Permitting & demo
We pull all required permits in our name and coordinate with the local building department. Timeline varies by municipality. Orange County, Lake County, and Winter Garden all run on different schedules and we factor that into your project plan. Demo begins once permits are in hand.
Construction & install
Framing, rough-in work, cabinet installation, countertop templating and install, tile, flooring, lighting, and appliance integration. All coordinated by Mo with one team so you’re not managing competing subcontractors.
Final walkthrough & warranty
We walk the finished kitchen with you before we consider the job closed. Every kitchen we complete is backed by a 1-year workmanship warranty. If something isn’t right, we fix it.

We’re based in Winter Garden and do most of our kitchen work in the West Orange County corridor: Windermere, Ocoee, Horizon West, Dr. Phillips, and Orlando. We also regularly work in Winter Park, Maitland, Clermont, and Apopka.
Florida humidity affects cabinet construction if inferior materials are used. We build our cabinetry with materials selected for the Florida environment.
Permitting in Orange County and the City of Winter Garden follow different timelines and inspection schedules. We’ve pulled permits in both jurisdictions many times.
